What happens after ordering?

Once you reach out via the contact methods below, your alliance container is set up with your branding, alliance ID and logo. You get a unique URL and admin access within 24 hours.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, at any time at the end of the billing period. Switching between Standard and Premium is possible without data loss.

What is NOT included?

Own server administration, custom Discord bot development beyond the standard, or fully custom modules — those would be a separate offer.

Do I need my own server?

No. Your alliance hub runs on our infrastructure under your own subdomain or token URL.
